Your pace goes from 4 to 4.2 contracts a month per building. We keep this separate from the savings because it’s sales coming in sooner, not money saved.

Why buyers go quiet

Here’s what happens. A buyer finds your building, scrolls through the renderings and floor plans, makes up their mind and leaves. They don’t fill out a form. They don’t call. Your CRM never knows they were there, so nobody counts them. We call it the silent buyer problem, and the report above is our estimate of how big it is for your buildings.

Path puts a guide inside a 3D version of every residence. Buyers walk the floor plan on their phone from anywhere, and ask about finishes, views, deposits or delivery dates in their own language, any time of day. Your sales team sees who’s serious before the first call: which residences they looked at, what they asked and how long they stayed. We build the 3D from your renderings and plans, so nothing has to be built yet.

Path doesn’t replace your sales gallery, your brokers or your CRM. It sits in front of them and sends your team buyers who are already warmed up. The first call feels like a fifth call.

More assumptions (open)

We also assume about 25 buyers are shopping for every contract you sign, and that 60% of the ones who look online never reach out. Both are our own estimates.

Questions sales teams ask us

Do we need 3D or virtual walkthroughs already?
No. We build them from your renderings, floor plans or architect’s files.
Does this replace our sales gallery or our brokers?
No. It talks to buyers before they ever come to the gallery, then hands your team and your brokers someone who’s already interested. Your follow-up stays the same.
Who decides what the guide says?
You do. We walk your sales and legal teams through how it’s set up, disclosures included, before anything goes live.
